Seeking Quarantine’s next Executive Director

We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and dynamic individual to be our next Executive Director.  Co-leading the company with the Co-Artistic Directors, they will resource and help deliver an ambitious and inventive artistic programme whilst maintaining a robust and compliant organisation.

The Executive Director will enable Quarantine to continue to develop the best possible circumstances for making creative projects of the highest quality for wide audiences in the UK and internationally.  They’ll lead on strategic and business planning, administrative and financial management, partnership development, income generation, operations, producing and project management, Board liaison and statutory compliance.

The Executive Director will safeguard the stability of the organisation and develop its infrastructure to enable Quarantine’s artistic ambition.

Salary: £35,000-£37,000, dependent upon experience

Contract: full-time; permanent

Location: Currently hybrid working from home and from a co-working space in Manchester city centre – we gave up our city centre office during lockdown but plan to have a shared office in place soon.  In the future we envisage a mix of working from home, from an office in Manchester city centre and other locations as and when activities require. Some travelling nationally and internationally will be required.
