A decade of No Such Thing

When was the last time you had a conversation with a stranger?

After 10 years, more than 500 curries and thousands of questions, the offer remains the same: we buy you a curry in exchange for a conversation.

Marking a decade of No Such Thing, we are holding a special one-off anniversary edition at the Manchester curry institution, Kabana, with an intervention from curry café afficionado musician Graham Massey. We’ll create a menu of questions to choose from and talk about what’s happening in the world, in our lives and stuff that’s playing on our minds. As always, there will be a ‘Today’s Special’ from that day’s news.  

To take part in our 10 year anniversary event, please sign up on Eventbrite. As the event involves 1-1 conversations, we want to ensure that everyone who books attends on the day – so tickets are free with a £5 deposit. We will refund you after the event. 

There will be a mix of meat and vegan options available. All curries are gluten free but are made in a small kitchen where wheat/gluten is present. For a full list of allergens please contact us at [email protected]
